There is nothing more central to seasonal cooking than understanding what’s being grown right outside your back door. Join Chef Teryi Youngblood Musolf and Pastry Chef Leslie Urbina for a personalized trip to meet some of their favorite farmers and producers. We’ll collect produce from the market and take it back to The Gallery at M. Judson for a crash course in what to do with what you find—from quick preservation techniques to tried and true dishes and baked goods fready for the table tonight.
Your course fee covers your Saturday morning coffee from Camilla Kitchen, a tour of the farmers market, produce to work with and take home, as well as instruction from Teryi and Leslie. Space is limited.
