Cook the Book: Coconut & Sambal

Join Chef Teryi on Tuesday, October 18th at 7:30 pm for a seated, taste-and-see event featuring Lara Lee’s cookbook Coconuts & Sambal!

With more than 80 traditional and vibrant recipes that have been passed down through the generations, we’ll discover the secrets behind authentic Indonesian cookery. We’ll spend the evening talking about the cookbook while savoring small plates and sipping on the wine pairing provided. Chef Teryi will even do some cooking demonstrations, giving tips and tricks along the way.

Your ticket includes three small plates, a glass of wine, and a copy of the cookbook!
